Authorization and terms I am the registrant or am authorized by the registrant to transfer this domain to Havre, and I authorize Havre and OpenSRS to request and complete the transfer. I have unlocked the domain and understand that an invalid code, current registrar refusal, registry restriction, or transfer waiting period can delay or prevent completion. I accept Havre's terms of sale, refund policy, and privacy policy.

If payment succeeds but the transfer cannot be completed, Havre refunds the transfer charge in full to the original payment method. Once a registry operation completes, registry fees are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Havre does not assume every transfer adds a year; the registry-confirmed expiry appears after completion. Agreement version: 2026-08-05.
